We can be on-site in the courtroom, in the war room, or both. We recommend one day of on-site preparation prior to trial for set-up supervision and installation in the courtroom.
On-Site Tech Specialist
- Run daily operation of presentation system during trial and assistance at night in the war room
- Load documents/graphics/videos
- Create document highlights and annotations
- Digitize videotapes and synchronize transcripts
- Manage the exhibit database
On-Site Graphics Specialist
- An on-site graphics designer works with the trial team to develop demonstratives in the war room.
- The graphic specialist is equipped with a laptop and scanner/printer
We prepare a courtroom layout and make recommendations for equipment placement and set-up.
A typical courtroom set-up includes the following:
- Flat panel monitors for the counsel tables, podium, witness stand and the judge’s bench
- 5000 lumens LCD projector and 8x8 screen
- Visual Presenter (digital document camera)
