CaseTesters

DecisionQuest has observed literally thousands of real and surrogate jurors as they evaluate and discuss actual case presentations. By analyzing the results of our jury research, we have derived several factors that drive much of jury decision-making. We have taken those factors to design our CaseTester, a series of questions, that, when answered, can evaluate how a jury might view a case. Based on the answers to those questions, CaseTester will generate a score indicating the strengths or weaknesses of the case.
