Lee Diamondstein is Vice President, resident in DecisionQuest’s Philadelphia office. Beginning his career as an attorney with the Court of Common Pleas, 1st Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Mr. Diamondstein also worked in a private law firm in Philadelphia. As a private practitioner, he concentrated on civil litigation, commercial litigation and criminal law.
In addition to trial experience and strategic legal consulting on nearly 800 cases, Mr. Diamondstein lectures at conferences and conducts numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars each year for organizations such as the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) and Section of Litigation, American Intellectual Property Law Association, Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, International Association of Defense Counsel, New York Intellectual Property Law Association, Delaware State Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, The Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel, Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, Widener University School of Law, Temple University School of Law, West Virginia State Bar, Lehigh County Bar Association, Lorman Education Services, Allegheny County Bench Bar, Washington County Bar Association, American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, and Philadelphia Association of Paralegals.
Mr. Diamondstein also serves as an adjunct professor at Widener University School of Law.
