Ms. Fillichio is a trial consultant who specializes in trial strategy development, behavioral research and jury analysis. She focuses on understanding the perspective of the trier of fact to develop a simple and compelling story for the case. She assists clients in preparing for jury trials, bench trials and arbitration and her work has also served to assist counsel during mediation. Ms. Fillichio has provided consulting services in product liability, toxic tort and asbestos cases, intellectual property matters, construction and employment disputes, complex contract disputes and class action lawsuits. Regularly assisting counsel in jury selection in state and federal venues across the country, Ms. Fillichio is skilled in preparing witnesses for depositions, trials and arbitrations. Bringing over 23 years of experience in the legal profession to her understanding of juror behavior, she works with all members of the trial team to develop case themes and strategies. Known for client service, Ms. Fillichio is committed to finding the winning strategy and making trial preparation a smooth and insightful process. She leads the DecisionQuest research consulting team in Los Angeles and is a frequent speaker. Ms. Fillichio was recently nominated for The Los Angeles Business Journal’s Women Making a Difference awards as a Rising Star.
Prior to joining DecisionQuest, Ms. Fillichio was a partner with Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, Los Angeles, where she held a managing position in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. She has also practiced with national law firms in Chicago and New York. Over the course of her career as a practicing lawyer, she represented domestic and international clients in numerous matters before juries and arbitrators and in class action litigation. Ms. Fillichio has also
completed internships with the Senate Labor Subcommittee (under Chairman Don Nickles, OK), for Representative Arlan Stangland (MN), and with the American Bar Association. She is proficient in French.
