Lindsay Eriksson is a Senior Research Associate at DecisionQuest. She is passionate about getting under the hood of every case to tailor the most effective strategy for her clients; with a background in psychology as well as experience in law practice, she is uniquely equipped to understand the challenges clients face. Her approach is collaborative, interdisciplinary, and grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. In her practice, Ms. Eriksson has worked at every stage of litigation, including pre-trial strategy research, witness preparation, voir dire, jury selection, shadow juries, and post-trial interviews. She has consulted across the country on hundreds of high stakes and often highly publicized cases, with particular expertise in toxic torts, medical malpractice, intellectual property, products liability, personal injury, insurance, contracts, and employment matters.
Prior to joining DecisionQuest, she was an Associate in the complex litigation department at Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta, GA. She is an enthusiastic and lifelong traveler, reader, cook, and tennis player.
