A profound universal experience, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, is bound to have psychological repercussions after the crisis has passed and the worldview of those who will eventually serve as jurors will likely be different.

To understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on juror decision making, we conducted a 2020 Juror Attitude Survey to measure sentiment from the American public.
